Previous business experience within the international and/or domestic courier industry is required.
A Business Development Manager requires excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills.
You will be required to have sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
Team leadership and management skills are very import elements of the Business

You must be familiar with industry standard software as well as Microsoft Office Suite
The Business Development Manager would be working with the International/Domestic Courier industry.
As a Business Development Manager you may be managing a team of other Business Development Executives ensuring that they manage all opportunities effectively and strategically guiding them in-line with company requirements and sales target
You will be preparing & implementing sales strategy
Managing network and on boarding of new direct customers and co-loaders are the key result area.
You should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume
Ensure to meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis.
Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts
You will be expected to service the needs of existing customers ensuring all aspects of
their needs is being met and develop any opportunities arising.
